Meet the Team
Jordan Connor
Vet Nurse
Jordan Connor found her love of Vet Nursing after a high school work experience placement with a local clinic and graduated from Sydney TAFE in 2013 with a Cert IV in Vet Nursing. She has a keen interest in surgical nursing and emergency care and will assist in theatre at every opportunity, treating each patient like they are a member of her own family.
Jordan also loves to travel whenever she can and has a long list of cities and places that she would love to visit. Her recent travel around Ireland and Scotland has been the most memorable.
What did you want to be when you were small?
I believe I wanted to be a professional horse rider as I wanted to be part of the ‘Saddle Club’ or a fashion designer.
Are you a pet owner? What do you have?
My family and I adopted a puppy from the RSPCA who is keeping everyone rather entertained. Her name is Indah which means beautiful in Indonesian. She is a Staffy mixed with we don’t know what else. She loves a belly rub, cuddles in the morning, chasing the tennis ball and chicken. Indah has successfully graduated from puppy school and is waiting for the next level of puppy school to start.
What song would you say best sums you up?
“Pocketful of Sunshine” by Natasha Bedingfield
What is your proudest accomplishment?
Other than receiving my Certificate 4 in Vet Nursing, traveling around Europe by myself was a rather big accomplishment. I also enjoy the small accomplishments such as snorkelling in open ocean with both whale sharks and reef sharks.
