A Senior health check is a comprehensive consultation that is recommended for our Middle-aged and Senior pets who are 7 years and older. Alongside a detailed physical examination, we will conduct a comprehensive blood & urine test.
This allows us to detect problems that are more common in our older pets such as arthritis, dental disease, heart and lung disease, changes in vision and hearing and problems in internal organs such as the liver and kidneys.
These changes in your older pet may not always be obvious from the outside until they become quite serious. Detecting any abnormalities early may enable us to slow down the progression of some diseases or start treatment to keep for older pet happy and comfortable for many years to come
